The First Drive In My Life

I was dead to world early in this morning (it's not early anymore when it was actually a school day) as I stayed up late yesterday. I only went to bed when the clock stuck past 3.00 a.m. The time seemed to be obscured to me as I'd actually sticked m both eyes on the screen of my pc. I didn't realize it was time to bed not until my mum went passing my room to toilet. My eyes were weary virtually but I ignored the tiredness because I won't have school tomorrow. Yes, I skipped the class today without remorse as today was the pre-celebration of Chinese New Year of our school. It must be boring for me, so why not just bury my head into my pillow and sleep as late as I could......hehe.....

It was irksome when I was abruptly nudged by my mum to receive a call. Urgh! It was my nasty pesky friend, Kah Wei. She called me just to ask me to eat breakfast with her without considering my lack of sleep. I was reluctantly to hit the deck actually as I hadn't say goodbye to my dream. I cycled to the destination with my baggy eyes and after the breakfast I went to Kar Mern's house to solve her problem. My eyes were still sleepy and hardly to face the computer anymore but I kept holding on....

Weariness seemed had a contract with me today as I couldn't wriggle out of it. I had to make biscuits today as I'd promised my mum yesterday, no, last week I thought. I put my heart and soul in the making process despite of the depletion of my energy. I was nearly pooped! Though I was equipped with satisfaction when I witnessed the production of my work lied in the tray in front of me. All those golden yellow colour biscuits were my sweat and toil.

Now it's going to be the climax of my day today. The first drive in my life today. Yea, doubtlessly I drove this evening, in my mum's car. I couldn't believe that my mum will agree to let my drive her car after my endless times of pleading and beseeching. I was so excited when I knew that I was going to drive by the first time! But my mum was still hesitating about her decision but I appeased her. =)

It was absolutely a fresh experience for me as I never drove before and now I had realized my dream. I was a bit afraid when I couldn't control my car well at first. I was like a sheep lost its direction and floundering at help. Luckily I had mum beside me giving me instructions but I couldn't stand her when she almost shouted at my mistakes. I had to admit that I couldn't judge the distance well nor the angle of making a turn to the corner. Though of course I didn't knock nor ram into anything! I still managed to calm myself in whatever circumstances. I made a stop at last and let my mum drove me home as she finally had enough of me.

I wasn't going to reconcile myself to the last try of driving so I pleaded my mum again. And thanks God my mum was defeated by me at last and agreed to give me the second try. I made a few turns and stopped trying at last because I really got knocked up today. Wish that I could drive again tomorrow as I was so excited about being able to drive a car without getting a license first.
